Our house has stood at the old bridge over the Schiltach since the 19th century – deeply rooted in the raftsman tradition of the Kinzig valley. The Mogler family has run the inn since 1995, with heart and craftsmanship. Master chef Michael Mogler knows every corner of the house and loves welcoming guests like old friends.

Swabian-Baden cuisine in a cozy dining room – warmed by the tiled stove in winter, with warm hospitality all year round. The menu features hearty Maultaschen, regional classics and seasonal dishes, prepared with care by master chef Michael Mogler using fresh, local ingredients.
Beer Garden
Our terrace sits right on the Schiltach river – in summer the best spot for a cool beer and fresh air by the water. Nestled between riverside trees and the sound of the water, it's the perfect place to unwind over a hearty snack, a cold Radler, or just good conversation.

7 tastefully furnished rooms – most with a view of the river and the Kinzig valley. Each room is individually decorated and offers a quiet retreat after a day in the Black Forest, close to hiking trails, the old town and the sights of the surrounding area.
